TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GROSVENOR CASINO DUNDEE SERVICES

DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONIn these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

"Account" means a personal account opened with Grosvenor Casino Dundee;
"Grosvenor" means Grosvenor Casinos Limited;
"Player" or "You" refers to any individual using Grosvenor services;
"Services" includes all facilities provided by Grosvenor, including gaming areas and related activities.

GAMING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gaming hours at the casino may be changed without prior notice.
Entry into any game is entirely at Your discretion and risk.
We reserve the right to withdraw or alter games, stakes, rules, promotions and terms for Services offered in our sole discretion.
All gaming losses are not refundable.

GAMING RESPONSIBILITY

Players must maintain an understanding of their financial limitations before participating in any game.
It is Your responsibility to set limits on amounts wagered and the time You spend at Grosvenor's facilities.
In case a problem with addiction arises, we may intervene by limiting or excluding access to our Services.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

To create an account, You must provide complete personal information as required.
Once opened, Your Account is for your sole use and not transferable.
Grosvenor reserves the right to ask for identification from Players.

TRANSACTIONS AND DEPOSITS/WITHDRAWALS

We may alter transaction or deposit limits without prior notice.
Withdrawals will only be made in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and terms.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes regarding Services provided by Grosvenor are subject to UK Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
In case of disagreements about winning outcomes or games played at Grosvenor's facilities, we reserve our right to review, investigate, and settle them in accordance with these Terms.

TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

We can cancel any account held by You without giving reason for such termination.
Cancellation shall be immediate and irreversible upon notice from us.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONSThese Terms may change as needed; it is your responsibility to check the current version each time you visit Grosvenor's facilities.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONYour access to our services, its use and these terms are governed exclusively by UK law; jurisdiction lies in a British court of competent authority under applicable rules for settling disputes arising out of Services.
ENTIRE AGREEMENTThese Terms represent the full agreement between You and Grosvenor concerning your relationship with Us.
CANCELLATIONS AND VARIATION OF CONTRACT TERMSGrosvenor's acceptance, at its discretion, is without prejudice to any rights it may have in law or equity.
USE OF WEBSITEPlease note that internet access is not always required for our facilities and their functionality; Grosvenor strives to provide an enjoyable experience at all times.
ENTIRETY AND CONSTRUCTIONThese Terms represent the entire agreement between You and Grosvenor, and supersede any prior written or oral agreements relating to Services provided by Us.
GROSVENOR'S LIABILITYGrosvenor shall not be held responsible for damage resulting from any cause related to gaming that occurred during Your stay at our facilities unless we fail to use all reasonable skill and care in carrying out such activities, including maintenance of equipment according to standard operational guidelines; however this limitation does not apply when failure is due directly or indirectly as a result of gross negligence on Grosvenor's part.
INDEMNITYYou agree to indemnify Us for damages resulting from any breach by You, Your agents, successors in title, heirs, executors and administrators arising out of the performance hereunder except to the extent otherwise provided within these Terms or applicable legislation.
NO WAIVER AND CONSTRUCTIONWe reserve our rights under this contract and may exercise them at will without being liable for any resulting delay or loss sustained by You; failure on Grosvenor's part shall not constitute a waiver unless clearly communicated in writing before its application becomes legally binding upon both parties, as follows.
GOVERNING LAW AND LANGUAGEThese Terms are governed exclusively by English Law and their interpretation hereunder is based solely thereupon; translation errors or ambiguities do not impact applicability where the language of these contracts differs between jurisdictions due to laws and regulations governing consumer protection agreements specifically in multiple locations throughout Great Britain.
